HALLELUYAH! THANK YOU CITIZEN VOTERS!
The
results of yesterday’s PRIMARY ELECTION is a mixed bag of good verses bad
candidates seeking to live-off Taxpayers’ money for a life of luxury – ABOVE THE MINIMUM-WAGE – compared
to the average Citizen who is stuck working for a ‘Minimum-Wage’ instead of having a ‘LIVING-WAGE’ here in this county! The great need in this
county at present is to increase the ‘Minimum-wage’ of $7.50 p/hour to a level that
will meet a ‘Living-wage’
of $15.00 p/hour or more accurately to $22.00 p/hour to keep up with inflation
and/or deflation depending on which way the privately-owned Wall Street Bankers
want the national economy to go!
What is really needed is a restoration
of the UNITED STATES TREASURY BANK – where money would have a ‘fixed-standard-of-measurement’ –
instead of a fluctuating uncertainty as posted now at 11 am & 3 pm daily by
the Rothschild Bank of England! That means the dissolution of Rothschild Bank
of England’s
privately-owned ‘branch-office’ known
as the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK (FRB) exactly as John F. Kennedy desired to do –
but that decision on his part ended in his assassination on 22 November 1963! Just read a copy of JFKs speech to the
students of Columbia
University ten-days
before his assassination! JFKs fate
became the same as that of Abraham Lincoln over the same issue of who controls
our money supply and who sets its value!
Meanwhile we can PRAISE YaHoVaH Our Creator for giving the
Citizens of this county enough Common Sense to REJECT the likes of Steven
Hunter for Judge, to REJECT the likes of Robert ‘Bob’ Martin for Prosecutor, and to REJECT the likes of Jerry Dale
for Sheriff! The last thing Pocahontas County needed was to recycle these ‘has-beens’ to fleece the public yet
again by giving them government jobs at Taxpayers’ expense! So CONGRATULATIONS CITIZENS FOR JUST SAYING ‘NO’ TO THESE LOSERS ONCE AGAIN!
The
editor of this Internet Blog looks forward to the forthcoming day when Jerry
Dale & ‘Bob’ Martin can be put on
the witness-stand — under Oath — to disclose their past short-comings
& such, as per the lawsuit that these two ‘Scheissekopfs’ have forced upon this Editor for publishing PART I
& II on this Blog against these two since the beginning of 2016! But know that ‘Discovery’ is NOT something to
fear, it is an amazing thing in a court-of-law – especially in a case like this
when the FIRST AMENDMENT plays a primary role in a case of Original
Jurisdiction!
Both
Jerry Dale & ‘Bob’ Martin are
claiming that this Editor published ‘falsehoods’
against them to help them LOSE the election – but when it comes to FALSEHOODS,
consider this action by Jerry Dale:
As Folks rode around this county during this election cycle did anyone
NOTICE ALMOST ALL THE JERRY DALE SIGNS WERE PLACED IN FRONT OF PROPERTIES WHERE
THE BUILDINGS WERE VACANT?
Dale put his campaign signs on the properties whose buildings were
empty – since it is against the election code to place campaign signs along
roads or within the ‘right-of-way’ that
the Department of Highways needs to service highways, etc. By law, campaign signs can only be placed on
PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH PERMISSION OF THE OWNER(S) OF THOSE PROPERTIES!
Yet despite this trick, this is the same Jerry Dale that IF he had won
the election would have had to TAKE AN OATH-OF-OFFICE TO UPHOLD THE LAWS OF WEST VIRGINIA! Folks, the likes of Dale seem to believe that
‘THE END JUSTIFIES THE MEANS’ – they
apparently have no personal Code of Honor – and will say & do anything to
get what they want for themselves!
Unfortunately it seems to be a bad-pattern being followed within the
law-enforcement-culture these days!
For
example, this Editor knows for a fact that the current Sheriff after a hearing
in court was challenged by a local Citizen who attended the court-hearing when
the current Sheriff uttered FALSEHOODS during his testimony on the
witness-stand – was afterwards challenged by the local Citizen with, “Sheriff – you lied
on the witness-stand!” To
which the current Sheriff replied, “So what! I won
didn’t I?” Thus once
again, we here at Crier HQ are grateful that none of the three candidates above
were elected by the Citizen Voters – and for that we say, ‘HALLELUYAH’!
Meanwhile we again praise the GOOD COMMON SENSE of West Virginia
Citizen-Voters as they voted for DONALD J. TRUMP by as much as 77% of the vote
for Trump – the HIGHEST PERCENTAGE IN THE NATION SO FAR – to become the nominee
for President under the Republican Party label – AND – by giving
BERNIE SANDERS as much as 54% of the vote for Sanders to become the nominee for
the Democrat Party label! Both men stand a chance to
change the rotten-status-quo in Washington, D.C., if either is given the chance to become President
of these United States of
America!
In reality, though, the best chances are for
DONALD J.
TRUMP to become President
and fulfill his promise to
MAKE AMERICAN GREAT AGAIN!
To
even contemplate such a task as to REBUILD the nation’s roads, highways,
bridges, sea-ports, air-ports, hospitals, infrastructure & such would
require the employment of IN EXCESS OF OVER 25 MILLIONS OF PEOPLE in Public
Works Projects – something not seen in American since the 1930s, over Eight
Decades ago! But it’s probable that
these projects can begin and continue under a TRUMP Administration and stand
smack in the face of the Military Industrial Complex (MIC) that relies upon and
has only given us WAR since the election of Lyndon B. Johnson in 1964! In fact, as has been pointed out on this Internet
Blog, in the 240 years of U.S.A.
history – this nation has ONLY BEEN AT PEACE FOR 20 YEARS! No wonder Trump says it is time to REBUILD AMERICA!
As
far as the rest of the election went, in our opinion here at Crier HQ,
electing Jim Justice to be a candidate for Governor
is probably the WORST mistake possible since Justice has a very bad checkered-career
of CHEATING MANY, MANY FOLKS along the way and owes our sister states
like Kentucky ($14-MILLION), Tennessee & others MILLIONS
& MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN FINES & BACK-TAXES! Justice is as phony as a $3.oo bill &
then some when it comes to honesty & integrity towards others!
Also
the choice of Beth Walker over experienced Darrell V. McCraw, Jr. for a
judgeship on the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia is another anomaly since Walker is bought & paid for by many CORPORATIONS
& their Special Interests according to her public record in this primary
election! Walker appears to be the LACKEY of the
CORPORATE WORLD OF BUSINESS & SPECIAL INTERESTS FOR THE NEXT 12 YEARS – unfortunately!
As for the Eleventh Circuit Court system, at least Robert E.
Richardson WON his current judgeship on the bench – but instead of getting an
equally honest Fred Giggenback, Jr., we’ll all be stuck with ‘Rowe’s Replacement’ – Jennifer P. Dent
– the one Rowe wanted to replace him!
And for those that follow the law in the 11th Circuit, Rowe
was anything than an conscientious or veritable judge, especially in his
decision trying to apply the City Ordinance of Princeton to we Citizens of
Pocahontas County in regards to the corrupt Pocahontas County Solid Waste
Authority – an issue that is still not over by a long shot!
As for the rest of
the local-yocals, we’ll all have to
wait until November to see IF the Citizen Voters can show a more consistent
RIGHTEOUSNESS in their voting!
ONE WAY OR ANOTHER…WE ALL REAP WHAT WE HAVE
SOWN…& then some!
