> POLITICAL SCOUNDRELS, MISFITS & PARASITES, aka, Jerry Dale!
Perhaps
the MOST UNFORTUNATE aspect of politics here in Pocahontas County is that the
same ‘Scheissekopfs’
keep trying to be recycled by the voters for lack of other choices in times
past! BUT NOW it seems that the only way
to obtain employment in this county – above ‘MINIMUM-WAGE’
– is to run for public office! So now we
have a vast number of SCOUNDRELS, MISFITS & PARASITES all wanting to join
the upper-level of PUBLIC WELFARE RECIPIENTS by grabbing some kind of public
office just to live off the taxpayers still left in this county!
And
make no mistake when we say SCOUNDRELS, MISFITS & PARASITES, we follow
Webster by definition:
► SCOUNDREL: To
hide; a person without principles or
moral scruples; rascal; villain, base.
► MISFIT:
To fail to fit properly; a misfitting; anything that
misfits; a
person not suited to his position, status, etc.
► PARASITE: one
who eats at the table of another; a person who lives at others’ expense without making any useful return; a plant or animal that lives on
or within another from which it derives its sustenance.
Therefore, without further ado, we request
that each reader of this non-subscription-privately-owned &
operated ‘blogspot’ make up your own mind as to anyone referenced in this series
now posing as a candidate as to whether our opinions are the same or different from
your opinions of the candidates that we’ve chosen to illuminate accordingly
based on information that we have obtained from both private as well as public sources!
Therefore
Vote accordingly.
QUICK SUMMARY OF JERRY DALE, running again for Sheriff:
To
the best of our knowledge & belief:
Is
this the same Jerry Dale that has already served as Sheriff of Pocahontas County, and then served as a Magistrate?
Is
this the same Jerry Dale that claimed to have spent 40% of his time watching the late Dr. William
Pierce, a so-called ‘neo-nazi’, then
located in Mill Point that operated a book-selling-business and traveled daily
back & forth to the Hillsboro
Post Office?
Is
this the same Jerry Dale that himself dressed like a ‘Hollywood
Nazi’ in his special Sheriff ‘s uniform complete with black jack
boots & such?
Is this the same Jerry Dale that was defeated by former State
Trooper Robert Alkire for Sheriff by approximately 60% of the vote favoring Alkire?
Is
this the same Jerry Dale that provided false information at the FIRST TRIAL of
the alleged ‘Rainbow
Murders’ when Jacob Beard was found guilty based on manufactured
& untimely ‘evidence’ concocted
by the late Walter Weiford in conjunction with Dale to convict Beard in
violation of the Kastigar
legal precedence case? [Kastigar v. United States,
406 U.S. 441 (1972), was
a Supreme Court decision that ruled on
the issue of whether the government's grant of immunity from prosecution can compel a
witness to testify over his assertion of the Fifth Amendment
privilege against self-incrimination.
And all evidence presented in any legal case must be relevant &
timely.]
Is
this the same Jerry Dale that was forbidden by Judge Charles Lobban to testify
at the SECOND TRIAL of Jacob Beard when Beard was acquitted of all charges
based upon the false information manufactured against him in the First Trial
pursuant to Dale’s alleged testimony?
Is this the same Jerry Dale that saw Jacob Beard receive several
millions-of-dollars compensation, at tax-payers expense, for the years
Beard had to spend in prison pursuant to the false testimony of Jerry Dale?
Is
this the same Jerry Dale that had his deputies growing, protecting &
guarding on OVERTIME numerous MARIJUANA PLANTS in various locations in the
State Forest areas, then ‘BUST’ THOSE
PLANTS and turn the ‘BUST’ over to
Federal agencies for ‘REWARD MONEY’?
Is this the same Jerry Dale whose deputies were denied OVERTIME PAY
for guarding the ‘POT-PLANTS’ when
the late Sheriff C.C. Beck came into office and turned the deputies in to the
proper WV State Authorities?
Is
this the same Jerry Dale that was arrested by the WV State Police ‘selling drugs’ at Snowshoe…all by
himself?
Is
this the same Jerry Dale that after his arrest by the WV State Police at
Snowshoe then claimed that he was ‘working
undercover’ selling drugs without ‘back-up’
or anyone else assisting him?
Is this the same Jerry
Dale who as Sheriff was guardian of Senior Citizens at the Pocahontas Continuous
Care facility (PCC) who sent clerk Sandra Friel to PCC to register 67
incapacitated residents to vote; then cast those votes for himself via absentee
ballots when Dale ran for Magistrate and beat incumbent Magistrate Bill Heavner
by 32 of those very same votes?
Is
this the same Jerry Dale who as Sheriff and guardian over incapacitated Senior
Citizens is ‘strongly rumored’ to
have opened all their locked boxes in the banks officiated by Phil Cane in
which relatives of those folks later swore that coin collections, stamp
collections, cash, and other valuables disappeared without a trace?
Is
this the same Jerry Dale who spoke in schools against illegal drugs but then
unfortunately & tragically lost one of his own sons to an overdose?
And
last but not least, is this the same Jerry Dale that became a self-styled ‘professor’ of several area Community
Colleges by reading text books onto video tapes for students signing up for ‘Criminal Law’ courses to then attend
college and listen to those tapes without a full-time ‘in-person’ professor in the classroom?
THIS TIME AROUND WE HERE AT CRIER HQ –BELIEVE THAT WE CITIZENS CAN DO BETTER SINCE WE HAVE OTHER OPTIONS FOR SHERIFF OF
POCAHONTAS COUNTY INSTEAD OF RECYCLING SOMEONE WITH SUCH A CHECKERED-CAREER…and
is just in it to live off taxpayer’s money!
ONE WAY OR ANOTHER…WE ALL REAP WHAT WE HAVE
SOWN…& then some!
