GOVERNMENT & EROSION OF TRUST!
The 2016 Presidential Election
Cycle has seen the largest outcry in history by the American Populace to date
against current governmental policies and career politicians who wish to live
off taxpayers’ money for as long as possible!
Once elected or appointed to public office, the
overwhelming majority of public workers wish to stay in their positions in
government-service forever – until death
due them part! Living off the
‘fat-of-the-land’ in the form of ‘public-welfare’ for ‘politicians’ has been turned into an ‘art-form’ for most of them – and ALL AT THE EXPENSE OF THE WORKING CLASS! Candidates Bernie Sanders on the Democrat
side, and Donald Trump on the Republican side clearly distinguished themselves
as the OUTSIDERS who opposed the corruption and the corruptors of WALL STREET
that control all the Senators and Congress-folks in Washington, D.C. – via
Special Interests and campaign-funding! And never has American politics been more CORRUPTED by
money than at the present time in history – at least not since the
OCCUPAPTION of the former Confederate States of America (CSA) by the scallywags
& carpetbaggers following the War Between the States!
But the treachery taking place
within the National Capital is also seen within every State Capitol as well and
is seen also right on down to the LOCAL LEVEL within the so-called ‘court systems’ where the majority of
folks once believed that courts should be and remain an ‘honest court system’ – but it ain’t no mo – and may even be getting worse!
Here in West Virginia the
Magistrate Court system is now antiquated and perhaps the worst-case-scenario
since once upon a time the Magistrate Court system was operated according to
the COMMON LAW handed down to us from England, and the COMMON LAW was created
as an extension of the DIVINE ECONOMIC & MORAL LAWS contained within the
sixty-six books of THE HOLY BIBLE. And
one of the most important principles of the COMMON LAW was the Office of the
Sheriff whose sole duties consisted of being the ex-officio-treasure of each county – to keep strict tract of all
public funds – as well as making sure that EACH PUBLIC OFFICIAL FOLLOWED THEIR ‘OATH-OF-OFFICE’ to protect the
Constitutional & Civil Rights of each Citizen!
Prior to Abraham Lincoln
and his dissolution of the ORIGINAL REPUBLIC – after the
Senators & Congressmen from the Southern States walked out of Congress to
avoid a civil war – without a SINE DIEM,
the setting of a date for reconvening – Lincoln hired 75K mercenaries to occupy
Washington, D.C. and capture as many Southerners as possible! Then Lincoln reconvened the Congress with
persons from the ‘Yankee-States’ to
occupy the seats in Congress left empty by those forming the Confederate States
of America – and instead of reestablishing the REPUBLIC – Lincoln simply
established the USA, INC. with himself as president of the new corporation and
thereby able to issue EXECUTIVE ORDERS, without a vote of Congress, for the
first time in American History! Lincoln also established the LIEBER
CODES, 24 April 1863, that enabled his mercenary army to capture Southerners
and treat them as PRISONERS-OF-WAR (POWs); and ironically enough these same
Codes went on to become the basis for the GENEVA CONVENTIONS regarding the
taking AND caring for POWs worldwide whereby all nations have signed EXCEPT THE
ISRAELIS who capture & torture POWs in open violation of International Law! And under the ‘Bush Regime’, America
followed the bad-example of the Israelis and we too tortured POWs to such an
extent that now INTERPOL has warrants out for the arrest of each & every
member of the ‘Bush Regime’ whenever
they leave U.S.
soil! And so be it – the sooner they hang for their war-crimes, the better!
At any rate, the EROSION OF TRUST
has become a central theme among the Citizen Voters who simply CANNOT TRUST
ANYTHING coming out of the Beltway around Washington,
D.C.! NOTHING is coming forth from Congress in the
form of anything but OBSTRUCTION by the Democrats to everything proposed by any
Republican, and vice-versa by the Republicans to everything proposed by any
Democrat – cooperation has become a thing of the past with no end in sight
except the upcoming election in November!
If a change for the better does not happen in
November – then a new civil war may very well become inevitable since at the
current moment LESS THAN 400 PEOPLE OWN MORE WEALTH THAN ALL OTHERS ON THE
PLANET COMBINED! No empire has ever
existed for long when such a disproportionate scenario has occurred in the
past!
And here on the LOCAL LEVEL we find
that both county Magistrates, i.e., Cynthia Broce-Kelly & Carie Wilfong,
have become nothing more than RUBBER STAMPS & BOOTLICKERS for everything
that the Office of the Sheriff brings before them, or requires them to sign, in
order to arrest fellow-Citizens for every sort of allegation possible!
The magistrates biggest
charade is arresting local Citizens for MISDEMEANOR ALLEGATIONS near MIDNIGHT
so that the local deputies of the Office of the Sheriff can receive
EXTRA-OVERTIME PAY and not have to work the following day! The deputies simply arrive at
someone’s home near midnight, handcuff a misdemeanor-charged suspect, drive to
Norton, WV, about 2 hours away, process the prisoner into the Tygart Valley
Regional Jail until after 2 am in the morning, then drive back to Pocahontas
County arriving after 4 am – AND THEN TAKING THE NEXT
DAY OFF SINCE THE DEPUTIES HAVE MADE TWO-DAYS PAY IN ONE VIA THE OVERTIME! And guess who pays for all this? Yep, we the taxpayers!
The corruption & laziness of
the magistrates in this county is so bad that even when they are within the
premises of the COURTHOUSE they still refuse to arraign an arrested person ON
SIGHT OR IN PERSON – AS THEIR DUTY & RESPONSIBILITY
REQUIRES – instead they send the arrested-person
to Tygart Valley Regional Jail for the night – and then arraign that person the
next day via closed-circuit-television!
Meanwhile each arrested-person placed in this scenario by these ‘lowlife-maggotrates’ is left to find
their own way home back to Pocahontas County – and these are the ‘maggotrates’ that We Citizens have to contend with for
the next four-years – UNLESS THEY ARE REMOVED VIA A CITIZEN-PETITION AND PLACED ON TRIAL BEFORE
THREE CIRCUIT COURT JUDGES! Another way
of possible removal is the filing of a FORMAL COMPLAINT with the WV JUDICIAL
INVESTIGATION COMMISSION (WVJIC) for their violation of the judicial Canon
Rules.
AND JUST AS BAD is when an
arrested person on some misdemeanor charge appears in Magistrate Court – for
what do they find but a Magistrate – THAT IS NOT A LAWYER & UNTRAINED IN
ANY LAW OR LEGAL PROCEDURE listening to Trained Attorneys-at-Law telling
the magistrate what to think & do! And to keep the
law-enforcement-industry in business – the magistrates simply play deaf, dumb &
blind and give the prosecution what it wants because THE MAGISTRATES ARE NOT
INTERESTED IN JUSTICE – NO IT’S ‘JUST-US’
SINCE THEIR ONLY INTEREST IS COURT FEES & FINES TO KEEP THEMSELVES IN
BUSINESS!
Since this county is and has been
losing Citizens moving away, there is LESS CRIME NOW THAN EVER BEFORE – SO WHAT
TRICK IS NOT BEING USED BY THE OFFICE OF THE SHERIFF AND THE MAGISTRATE COURT
TO DERIVE REVENUE? Yep! Now the
local-yocals are pulling over everyone on the road at any given time to check
for taillights, SEATBELTS, and anything else that they can write-up as a
VIOLATION just to collect FINES & COURT COSTS! After all, from court costs a portion of
those funds are kept at the local level for RETIREMENT – DO THEY NOT?
Meanwhile the rest of us Citizens of Pocahontas County
are faced with a disappearing population as folks are leaving in droves
pursuant to NO JOBS & NO LIVING-WAGES & CORRUPT LOCAL OFFICIALS! In the past 25 years we have
seen the population of this county SHRINK DRAMATICALLY – TO 8000 OR LESS NOW – all
the while during this same period of time the Voters of this County foolishly
recycled parasites like Walt Helmick as their State Senator who in every
election-cycle Walt promised ‘JOBS’ and
all the while saw in excess of 25K workers LOOSE THEIR JOBS by companies
closing down or moving elsewhere in all the counties in which Walt was State
Senator! And let’s face it – the only ‘JOB’
that Walt Helmick ever cared about – WAS HIS OWN!
And that’s the same problem we now
see on the national level where Hillary Clinton has never produced a single job
for anyone ELSE BUT HERSELF, compared to Donald Trump who has created
tens-of-thousands of jobs for all kinds of persons during all his years as a
real-estate developer – and his companies continue to do so at a 120 jobsites
while he is a candidate for President of these United States! In fact, if Trump should become president, then he
would need to create a NEW WORKFORCE OF BETWEEN 25 – 30 MILLION WORKERS TO
REBUILD AMERICA’S INFRASTRUCTURE SUCH AS ROADS, BRIDGES, AIRPORTS, SEAPORTS,
HOSPITALS, SCHOOLS & SUCH ALL OVER AMERICA that would last for many years
to come! It would become the largest
public works employment program in the history of this country and really MAKE AMERICA GREAT
AGAIN! The only
other president to ever make an effort towards such an idea was Dwight David
Eisenhower during his terms from 1953 – 1961 in which our national interstate
highway system and international airports were built.
The KEY TO REAL WEALTH
is AGRICULTURE, yet it takes 3 – 4 successful
farms to support EACH local business but that requires CROP FARMING and not
just LIVESTOCK FARMING! It’s only when a
farmer can make a Dollar-profit that he can then buy what a factory-worker
makes, and the factory-worker can then afford to buy what the farm produces,
etc. – it’s a natural system based on the seasons of the year and runs at a
ratio of 1 – 7 from Farm to Manufacturing requiring Transportation, the Auto-Truck
Industry, Housing, Financing & Government.
Ironically enough, it’s the same system that tourism is supposed to
create for any given area – the turnover of money at a ratio of 1 - 7. BUT it’s obvious that neither system is
working here in this county at present – especially since here in Pocahontas,
Randolph & Pendleton counties – INDUSTRY IS
FORBIDDEN SINCE THESE COUNTIES ARE DESIGNATED AS ‘TOURIST COUNTIES’! So Pocahontas
County is stuck in the
Middle Ages while Randolph & Greenbrier prosper!

to buy what the factory worker makes, etc.!

And lastly, speaking of MISTRUST,
take a look at the so-called Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) that
currently appears UNABLE to find a hooker in a whorehouse let alone control the
illegal immigrants crossing our borders, or the Radical Islamic Terrorists on
our soil, or the hundreds-of-thousands on the so-called ‘NO FLY’ lists – and totally INCOMPETENT when it comes to
investigating a current or ex-public official such as Hillary Clinton! Even with overwhelming evidence staring them
right in the face, the FBI seems totally INCOMPETENT to be able to make a
decision as to whether certain Federal Laws were violated or not – yet many an
underling has been prosecuted for far less ‘crimes
against the public interest’ than Hillary is accused of doing! And then some folks wonder why
Americans by the droves are flocking to the side of DONALD TRUMP who promises
to RESTORE THE INTEGRITY OF GOVERNMENT & REBUILD AN HONEST ECONOMY &
PUT AN END TO THE SPECIAL INTERESTS THAT HAVE BOUGHT THE CONGRESS & PERSONS
LIKE THE CLINTONS WHO HAVE BECOME VERY RICH AT THE EXPENSE OF THE REST OF US! Truly we are on the verge of
history changing before our very eyes!
