AUTHORITY – CHOSE NEW MEMBERS
WHO WILL FOLLOW THE STATE LAWS!
Back in the Election Year of 1964,
Arizona presidential candidate Senator Barry
Goldwater made a profound statement, “Extremism in the defense of Liberty is no Vice – And Moderation in the
pursuit of Justice is No Virtue!”
Well that just about sums up the despicable Pocahontas County
Solid Waste Authority (PCSWA)! Not only
has the Office of the Attorney General clearly stated that what the PCSWA is
doing by placing an ‘Abstract of Judgment Lien’ upon owners who have not paid the arbitrary ‘assessment fee’
imposed by the PCSWA upon each household – whether the occupant uses the ‘open-dump-landfill’ or not – but the Office of the Attorney General actually fears such
nonsense on the part of the PCSWA could in fact lead to ‘violence’ – meaning a county ‘civil
war’!
Why? Because the PCSWA is usurping the powers of
the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and also the powers of the
Public Service Commission (PSC) which has control over all public
utilities. And the way the state laws
are structured, there is a ‘checks &
balances’ in effect when it comes to the DEP & PSC since one
investigates any & all alleged violations, and the other actually has the
power to levy a fine upon the convicted violators! The power to investigate & enforce fees IS
NOT under a single-authority as the PCSWA pretends to have & to hold!
Meanwhile, someone in the PCSWA
came up with the ‘dumb-idea’ to
arbitrarily try and force every household in the county to pay an ‘assessment fee’, the same for every
household regardless of the amount of solid waste buried in the ‘open-dump-landfill’ by any given
property-owner or occupant. THIS IS NOT THE WAY IT IS DONE ANYWHRE ELSE IN THE STATE
– therefore the people of Pocahontas County are being
DENIED THEIR DUE PROCESS & EQUAL PROTECTION OF THE LAWS! And that folks is a violation of our
individual & collective BILL OF
RIGHTS!
At the present moment, there are
four cases before the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia awaiting a decision! Secondly, there are attorneys-at-law
reviewing the potential of filing a civil rights lawsuit against the PCSWA, the
county commission, and three state agencies for FAILING TO SUPERVISE the PCSWA
or follow the laws of this state – and against the collection agency for filing
the hundreds of lawsuits they’ve filed to date!
Such a lawsuit, when RICO is included, could
easily top $65 Million in damages & reparations that could be paid to the
property-owners & occupants of Pocahontas County since RICO includes
TRIPLE-DAMAGES on the part of the wrongdoers in the PCSWA &
collection-agency!
And
while the lawsuits will take their time meandering
through the legal process – the
FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS in January 2015 –
IF YOU VOTERS ELECT
NORMAN LEE ALDERMAN (REP-SD)
&
PATTI HEINEMANN (DEM-ND)
–
will
be to:
► FIRE ALL MEMBERS OF THE PCSWA;
► END ALL LAWSUITS IMMEDIATELY; and,
► EXPUNGE ALL JUDGMENTS & LIENS!
Before Our Founding Fathers
reached for the ‘cartridge-box’ at
the end of their patience, they first reached for ‘pen & paper’ to try and reason one last time with tyrannical
King George III…when Our Founding Fathers proclaimed that after ‘a long train of
abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to
reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to
throw off such Government….’! Declaration
of Independence.
And so it is again – we can make
history in Pocahontas County on the first meeting day in January 2015 of the
new county commission – WE CAN THROW
OFF SUCH BAD GOVERNMENT & RESTORE ALL RIGHTS AGAIN TO EACH CITIZEN!
THIS TIME IT’S YOUR CHOICE…
TO CHANGE FOR THE BETTER!
Just say ‘NO’ to those who want to keep this county in Poverty & Pauperism – and
Just SAY ‘YES’ to real Progress
& Prosperity for the future!
Therefore on Primary
Day – YOU have a chance to elect two
persons that will always put YOU
first! They know that:
THE
GREATER COMMON GOOD ALWAYS COMES BEFORE SELF OR ANY SELF-SERVING SPECIAL
INTEREST!
