MEDIOCRITY WINS AGAIN— PROGRESS & PROSPERITY
LOSES!
Against all the odds, the voters
in the ‘Medieval
Fiefdom’ of Pocahontas
County
again chose ‘mediocrity’
over the more progressive choices for Social Justice placed before them! Yesterday’s Primary Election results saw county
commission candidate DAVID McLAUGHLIN win the Democrat ballot for the Northern
District, and incumbent BILL BEARD, Jr. win in the Southern District – now they
will have to compete against Republican candidates
CHARLES WILFONG – ND & NORMAN LEE ALDERMAN – SD,
respectively! And in relation to the ‘platform’
or ‘program’
towards making Pocahontas County a better and more prosperous community – both David
& Bill TOOK NO PARTICULAR POSITION ON ANYTHING – they just copied a
couple of ideas from the other candidates and repeated them as an echo!
The real losers in the
county are the majority of Citizens who did not vote, and those that did vote by voting for ‘mediocrity’ instead of
progress! Another six-years of having ‘hand-puppets’
for commissioners, as we’ve had for the last six years – and you voters will
have no one to blame but YOURSELVES! The
really good aspect of the primary election was to make current county
commissioner David Fleming into a ‘lame-duck’ commissioner (however much David
prefers ‘chickens’)
for the next seven months since he caused a lot of havoc in the last six-years
he has been on the commission. At least
now David will not have to continually hide his ‘true-residency’ – at least after
the next seven months that is – for if he really doesn’t live in the northern
district, then he will be automatically disqualified – no need for a
resignation!
Now here’s a glimpse of
what the new commission will have to face – no matter who
wins in November and takes office in January 2015:
♦ The Feds set to carve-out-of-circulation
their
123,000+ acres FROM Pocahontas
County for
their own private ‘Sherwood Forest’ & new federal
police force; then…
♦ Donald Trump (who
now owns 60% of Snowshoe
Mountain, Inc.) is set to carve-out-of-circulation
another 12 - 15,000+ acres for
his private-corporate-
municipal-political-subdivision FROM Pocahontas
County as the Snowshoe Resort Area District
(SRAD); and prepares to build
another ‘Trump-
Casino’ & sell it to the owner of ‘The Greenbrier Inn’
to operate & manage! Oh, don’t worry there will be a
few more ‘minimum-wage’
jobs to go around – no
one is willing to disturb the ‘poverty &
pauperism’ of
this county; and then…
♦ The State DOH is poised
to carve-out-of-circulation
FROM
Pocahontas County thousands-of-acres for a
‘four-lane’ right down the
valley besides Rt. 92 to
connect I-64 with Corridor-H to accommodate
both
Snowshoe-RAD/Casino and the ‘new federal
park’;
and then…
♦ The best of the
county-owned land being taken
FROM
Pocahontas County and GIVEN FOR FREE to
the self-serving
private-corporation, Greenbrier
Valley Economic Development
Corporation
(GVEDC) – so as to enrich these thieves
& deceivers
even more…think of the ‘development’ they can
create and then collect more rent from...SO…
♦
WHAT will be left for
the residents of this county –
Continued ‘minimum-wages’ but with higher-taxes,
higher-utility-sewage bills, higher-cost
communication services, higher-cost insurance
rates, higher cost-of-living, higher-property-taxes for
the Board of Education salaries
& such; and higher
expenses on all sides living in a
‘tourist-trap’?

and…

WHO do we thank for all this Poverty & Pauperism?
The ‘titular-heads’
of the ‘Poverty
Preservation
Society’ (PPS),
like GVEDC members, Phillip Cain,
Joel
Callison, David Fleming, Bill Beard, Jr. & now
David
McLaughlin, plus groups like the county
Chamber of Commerce & Tourist
Commission? Who
should
get more credit than any other in their
collective BETRAYAL of The Common Good
for
Pocahontas
County in place of Self
& Special
Interests?
Are we ‘sore-losers’ since the Progressives on
the ballot lost the election?
NO! We set the ISSUES, we put the ITEMS on the
table, we told YOU FIRST what to expect – and you
didn’t believe us – but you will when you see what is coming soon enough
– only too late! No the real ‘sore-loser’ is Kenneth ‘Buster’ Varner since HE WAS BETRAYED BY
THE ‘MASONIC-BLOG-VOTE’! Both the ‘Masonic-fertility-cult-priests’
and the ‘Daughters-of-Isis’
received their ‘marching-orders’ to
vote for David McLaughlin (since he takes orders & is easy to control), and
for Bill Beard, Jr. (since he’s already ‘one-of-their-own’ & a ‘lap-dog’ for Phil Cain & the
GVEDC)! Nope, it was good-buddy-Buster
that got the royal-shaft, or should we say, ‘Potentate-Staff’, since he’s a little too much
independent to take orders all the time! As for Fleming, well he was useful for the ‘Poverty
Preservation Society’ (PPS), but he became too much of a liability
with so many ‘skeletons’
in his closet – so the puppet-strings were put on McLaughlin, as they are on
Beard!
And also as we predicted, southern
district candidate Sarah Burt-Kinderman-Riley fulfilled her ‘drama-role’ in the county-play by being
the ‘drama-queen-ringer’ we said she would
become as her total vote, plus that of progressive Shay Huffman, would have
been sufficient to have defeated Bill Beard, Jr.
As we said, YOU THE VOTERS & Citizens of this county are THE REAL
LOSERS – once again – as you voted for ‘mediocrity’
instead of progress! So now you can
watch the county be sliced-up, cut-up, chewed-up, and spit-out by the likes of
Donald Trump and his associates as the county commissioners become ‘bootlickers’, 'footmen' & ‘doormen’ for the
rich & infamous!
BUT THERE
IS SOME HOPE – and that’s if CHARLES WILFONG & NORMAN LEE ALDERMAN
win in November – if so – they will become the new WATCHDOGS for the county and
try to keep it FREE, WILD &
WONDERFUL! But that’s up to You
Voters in November! Try not to make the
same mistake twice in one year!
THAT’S WHY…
On 04 NOVEMBER…there’s no excuse…
IT’S YOUR
CHOICE…
TO CHANGE THINGS FOR THE BETTER!
Just say ‘NO’ to
those who want to keep this county in Poverty & Pauperism
– and –
Just say ‘YES’ to
real Progress
& Prosperity for the future!
